We support the manufacturers warranty for all domestic wet grinders and Mixer Grinders purchased from any authorized dealer in the 48 contiguous states of the United States, for a period of One year from the date of purchase when used under normal domestic usage conditions.
Grinders purchased and delivered to customers in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada or any other country are not covered by the manufacturers warranty. A store receipt or any other proof of purchase must be available to avail the warranty. Products out of warranty or purchased outside of the United States can be serviced at a minimal charge. The warranty is limited to provision of free replacement parts or cost of goods purchased. No other warranty is expressly implied.

Additional terms include:
1. For all international shipment, our price is normally limited to cost of goods and transportation upto
the first landing point in the destination country. Any local taxes, fees, duties etc.. imposed by the
local governments or agencies are extra and to be borne by the customer.
2. In case of damages/losses due to incorrect contact information provided by the customer, we will not
be responsible for the same. We will do everything in good faith to resolve and redirect the goods to
the correct address.
3. Each country has a different electrical plug standard and we are unable to provide the correct plug
for every country. Therefore, your product will be delivered with a plug style suited to work either in
India, UK or USA. You may have to have a trained electrician to get the plugs replaced to your style.
4. We reserve the right to forward your order to any of our distributors/dealers closest to you and based on stock availability of the models.
We do not accept returns. Goods once shipped cannot be returned. If at the discretion of the company, we do accept returns, then with a written authorization from the company, customers may ship the unit back at their cost and in good condition. Additionally, a restocking fee of 30% applies. The goods should be returned unused and in original packaging, and returned within 15 days. Once used, the goods cannot be returned.
Any any items returned for warranty repair/replacement, the items should be well packed to avoid damages. The return should be by Fedex Ground or similar service and insured. We will not pay for any packaging costs. Please contact us prior to such return to ensure return authorization and also if you have any questions on shipping modes and costs.
